GUARDIAN POST & POLITICS: Gives CPDM Sub-Section President Award'18 For Biya's Victory

It is no news that many have always accused the Cameroun government and CPDM regime of manipulating the private media in the country. They are known for breaking all national and internal norms and obliging the media to operate under their command and according to their directives. In fact, in Cameroun, the government holds the remote controller and the media houses hold the screens.
To strengthen their ties with the government, some of these media houses go beyond changing public opinion to issueing awards to some of the CPDM political bigwigs. To proof this, we have attached below, a 2018 AWARD handed to Ta Nformi Ngala Gerard, a CPDM Sub-Section President for Donga Mantung, by The Guardian Post.
After compiling and counting votes from readers, a jury, made up of renouned jurists and journalists declared TA NFORMI NGALA GERARD NKIMBANG the Guardian Post 2018 Politician Of The Year; for defying death threats from separatists to champion campaign against school boycott in Donga Mantung 1 (Nkambe) and for playing a key role in the re-election of President Byia at the 2018 presidential election. - The Guardian Post
The Guardian Post Media Group tops the list among the media houses under the full control of the CPDM regime. This unethical act has been known over the years as a tradition, and almost becoming normal as most of these media houses, because of the huge sums they receive from the government, find no need complaining. In fact, you find these media houses during the peak of political activities (like the elections and anglophone crisis) doing everything in their powers to manipulate the public and change their opinion in favour of the CPDM regime.
Most news headlines and their contents from The Guardian Post have never said the truth as it is at the disadvantage of the government, and there is no doubt. Their greatest wish has always been to give out news that will influence the public opinion in favour of the government.
Who Is Gerard Ngala?
Gerard Ngala is the sub-section president of CPDM for Donga Mantung. The Chronicle, in 2012, had to write and article about him, and find below and extract;
A great apostle of President Paul Biya and the ideologies of the ruling CPDM, Gerald Ngala has convinced Donga Mantung youths that the CPDM is a large enough umbrella to shelter them from the rain. He has convinced many youths to dump the opposition which has fed them with empty promises for 21 years. - Chronicle Cameroun, 2012.
In 2012, NGALA Gerard was given given traditional title as Ta Nformi.
There was fanfare and seventh heaven when he placed the red feather on Gerard’s cap and named him “TA Nformi Education”. - The Eye Newspaper
