We had earlier posted on this platform that the LandForce of the Ambazonia Defense Force that led to the dead of some four (4) and 1 injured colonial gendarmes was joined action of the defense forces of the various Ambazonia groups. Updates reaching us can now confirm that the brave self defense action was solely carried out by the forces of Dr. Ayaba Cho Lucas of ADF.
This is just coming in from the desk of the Chairman of Ambazonia Defence Forces, ADF. The letter from Chairman Benedict Kuah states that the operations undertaken earlier this morning by his forces were entirely an ADF operation.
"...We insist to AmbaNews that the report earlier published by your platform is not entirely true. We make bold to state that, although some soldiers from other groups have decamped to ADF, the planning, execution of last night's operation were entirely ADF. I concur the killing of 4 BIR forces working with LRC and I should also state that we seized a lot of their weapons...", the letter partly read.
Meanwhile, in some related news, 'Adjoudant Chef' Ayuk Gregory, an Ambazonian BIR officer, who happens to be the head of the command post that was attacked by the ADF has been arrested and is yet to be charged. Reports streaming from Mamfe states that he is suspected for conniving with ADF.
AmbaNews will not be tired to emphasise that actions taken by any defence groups to seize, confiscate and chase out colonial forces from our land are within international law. La Republique MUST comply with the provisions of art 4b of the African Union Constitutive Act by respecting its boundaries inherited at independence which ends at the Mungo.
When we take a second look at the photo, it hurts to believe that these are the sort of heavy weapons they use on our people. Never again should we allow ourselves to be wasted like rats.
We must also FORCE La Republique and not beg to dialogue with them.
The future, as always, remains pregnant.
