On October 12, 2017, Southern Cameroonians wrote a complaint against President Paul BIYA and 10 other Cameroon officials for committing genocide and crimes against humanity, and submitted at the world's court (International Court of Justice).
The question that has been beating the imagination of many is, if such a complaint submitted by a group of individuals (as the complaint was not written under any official letterhead, may be of a government) can be accepted by the International Criminal Court.
