[BREAKING >>] Paul BIYA et Al Dragged To International Criminal Court (ICJ).

International Court of Justice (ICJ) is a permanent institution of the United Nations that has the power to exercise its jurisdiction over persons for the most serious crimes of international concern, as referred to in this Statute, and shall be complementary to national criminal jurisdictions. The jurisdiction and functioning of the Court shall be governed by the provisions of this Statute.- (Article 1). ICJ can literally be considered as the world's court.
On October 12, 2017, the Southern Cameroons / Ambazonia finally drag President Paul Biya and 10 other La Republique'ans to the International Criminal Court, ICC for GENOCIDE crimes and crime against humanity.
The following personalities/government officials are in their individual capacities, directlyresponsible for the killings, torture and maiming, rape, abduction and forcible transfer ofabductees and disappearances since October 2016:
1) Mr Paul Biya, President of La République du Cameroun
2) Mr Rene Sadi, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation
3) Mr Laurent Esso, Minister of Justice
4) Mr Jacques Fame Ndongo, Minister of Higher Education
5) Mr Issa Tchiroma Bakary, Minister of Information and Government Spokesman
6) Mr Joseph Beti Assomo, Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence
7) Mr Martin Belinga Eboutou, Director of Civil Cabinet at the Presidency
8) Mr Rene Claude Meka, Head of the Army
9) Mr Jean-Baptist Bokam, Head of National Gendarmerie
10)Mr Adophe Lele L’Afrique, Governor of the North West Province
11)Mr Bernard Okalia Bilai, Governor of the South West province.
If found guilty, all the aforementioned persons will be issued international warrants of arrest.

Let's consider the following extracts of the Rome Statute (get a copy here>>), which is the treaty that established the International Criminal Court (ICC);
Article 5: Jurisdiction of ICJ
The jurisdiction of the Court shall be limited to the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole. The Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with respect to the following crimes: (a)The crime of genocide; (b)Crimes against humanity; (c)War crimes; (d)The crime of aggression.
