[Some people claim that Bala is 'in the lion's den' that's why he is afraid to speak out. Well, they didn't know that he traveled to Ghana and later, he will be traveling to Paris. If he had the struggle at heart, he would remain abroad and not being in the 'lion's den' to fight better. I know people trapped in the Cameroons and just praying to step foot on a foreign soil to start spitting fire! Others say is not wise for him to fight from outside. That is the most stupid thing I ever heard. Are General Ivo, Mark Bara, Barrister Eyambe, Sisiku Ayuk, Tassang et al not fighting from outside? It is better to fight rigorously from outside than pretend to be 'fighting' from within. Bala worked for the UN. Let him go back to his colleagues and explain what is happening. He must stop playing LRC politics]
A few days ago, Fako Lawyers Association, FAKLA announced that they were returning to court. Who is the president of FAKLA? Of course, AGBOR Bala! Also, a few Meme lawyers whose names we published for taking bribe announced they too were returning to court.
My Comment: How can an association you are president of make such a statement and you FAIL to immediately denounce those statements? It is the fifth day since FAKLA made a statement they were returning to court, yet, Agbor Bala has kept playing dodgy. Who is fooling who? We are too big for this, please.
Listen, our people were going about their duties peacefully prior to this struggle when you, the lawyers brought up a wonderful idea. Because your efforts would be inconsequential to La Republique's colonial regime, they IGNORED you. And yes, truly, your efforts were inconsequential. That is why Laurent ESSO and Mallam Issa Tchiroma bragged that, 'when you become hungry, you will return to court'. FAKLA and MELA are making Tchiroma and ESSO political prophets. IT WILL NOT WORK!
When we, the people saw that the evil LRC regime brutalised instead of listening to you, we came to your rescue. We listened to you and your talk was THE TRUTH. We decided to end the injustice and falsehood once and for all. We joined you. Together, we all created a consortium to accommodate all other trade unions to make it a sensible whole. We gave minimum conditions for the strike to end. And you, the lawyers, gathered at Kumba and said the least you wanted was FEDERATION OF TWO STATES. You have not achieved that and you wanna return to your vomit? Sicko, it will not work!
Bala, you cannot PRETEND that as the president of FAKLA, you didn't know that FAKLA has called upon lawyers to resume duty tomorrow. Now, let's assume that you weren't part of it (although we see your finger prints all over), at least, you have heard of it. Again, let's assume that you haven't heard of the news (which again is not true), at least, you are getting it now that FAKLA has cancelled the strike.
Can you now clear your name as FAKLA president by coming out strong against the FAKLA announcement? Failure which we can only conclude that you have PLAYED POLITICS by pulling the strings from behind and pretending as though you were innocent.
"I no tok bad. Come out and DISCLAIM to clear your name. Period". You dragged us all into this. It is a good thing anyway because it is the TRUTH. I do not participate in falsehoods. You, the lawyers held our hands and brought us to this. The result? Our hero Mancho BBC is still in jail while you walk about freely; flying from country to country. Our families are in pain and anguish while yours are very okay. Our boys are hiding in bushes, our sisters, children have been repeatedly raped by men in smelly kahki uniforms, the cries and wailing of our mothers are loud and distressing. We, the people are in excruciating pains and you know it. You all are the cause of this and the deaths recorded since Oct 2016. When politicians tried to come into the game, you stood on roof tops and proclaimed that politicians like Fru Ndi, Ayah etc should stay clear; and they did. Now, some of you have become the chief politician! The fact that you barred politics from creeping in, it means you were capable of standing the HEAT. We all must finish this fufu. Man no run! All those dead and gone will not be brought back to life. What a pain. NO WAY, WE MUST END WITH INDEPENDENCE.
Look, tomorrow is not far. We the people, have bought new pens to take down notes and increase our BLACK BOOK.
